Convenient and Versatile High Level Palletizer for Bagged Products Handling
Performance Features:
(1) The grab type high level palletizer has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, light and simple structure, convenient installation, safety and reliability, strong applicability and low maintenance cost, and can realize the stacking of 600 bags per hour.
(2) With a small floor area, it is an ideal product for bagged products of small and medium-sized enterprises to realize automatic instead of manual handling, and can be widely used in feed, grain, chemical, mining, building materials and other industries.
(3) The integrated system of the grab type high level stacker consists of the stacker host, the climbing and shaping conveyor, the bag kick (pusher loading) machine, the belt conveyor and the control system.
(4) The control system uses high-end brand PLC controller, low-voltage electrical appliances, touch screen human-machine interface, high reliability, strong stability, local and remote query of production records, neat and stable stacking, and the stacking pattern can be selected, and can be configured with large-capacity tray magazine and heavy tray conveyor to improve production efficiency.
